The Europe in My Region Competition aims to highlight the excellent work that projects across Europe are doing with the help of EU funding, and explore what these projects mean to local communities.
To take part, all you have to do is upload photos of a project clearly showing the billboard or plaque or poster, with the EU flag somewhere in the picture, so we know that it has received EU funding.

Winners
Three winners will be selected by a jury of photography professionals. Voting begins on 27 August and ends on 8 September. Any Facebook user can vote for your photo, so motivate your friends to do so! Winners will be announced by mid-September 2014.
Prize
Each winner will receive €1 000 to spend on digital camera equipment and a trip for two to Brussels during the European Week of Regions and Cities (6-9 October 2014).
