Quoc Nguyen Linh Vinh din Vietnam, autorul fotografiei “The hopeful eyes of the girl making a living by rubbish” (Ochii plini de speranță ai fetei care trăiește cu gunoaie), a fost desemnat Fotograful de Mediu al Anului 2017 (EPOTY) la concursul de fotografie organizat de The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
