OIE Photo Competition 2017 – Concurs foto pentru studentii la Medicina Veterinara

The OIE (Office International des Epizooties – World Organisation for Animal Health) created an annual photo competition to show the work done worldwide by animal health and welfare players to protect animal health and promote animal welfare through the implementation of OIE International Standards.

The competition is open to the OIE Global Network and veterinary students currently studying in an one of the 180 OIE Member Country

Photos should highlight the human/animal interactions that typify the activities of animal health and welfare professionals under the following themes:

1.Animal disease surveillance, prevention and control
2.Animal welfare
3.Animal production systems
4.Aquatic animal health and production systems
5.One Health
6.Veterinary education

Prizes:

OIE Global Network Awards
Each prize winner will receive the sum of €1,000.
A winner will be chosen from each region in the OIE Global Network: Africa Prize, Americas Prize, Asia & Pacific Prize, Europe Prize, Middle East
Prize

Veterinary Students
Each prize winner will receive the sum of €500.
A winner will be chosen from the entries submitted by all veterinary students from each region in the OIE Global Network: Africa Prize, Americas Prize, Asia & Pacific Prize, Europe Prize, Middle East Prize

Entry deadline: 1st May 2017

Image requirements: Jpeg or tiff format; minimum size of 2480 by 3508 pixels (21 x 29.7 cm), maximum file size of 10MB per photo. Read all Rules here
